The tightening on the trigger when drawing a bow is a nice touch for Demon's Souls.
No Man's Sky makes good use of it for ship takeoff, reducing speed, and letting you know your mining tool is going to overheat.
Very much expecting devs to make even better use of it in the future.
Just got it all set up so I could just turn Hulu back on again.
Wasn't counting on as much scarcity for the games themselves, so I ordered Demon's Souls separately and it doesn't arrive until tomorrow. Shit's not available at any stores near me as far as I can tell.
An hour before Bugsnax...
All good, shipping info went to Fedex and they charged me.
Now the only issue is FedEx because those mfers leave my packages at my neighbors house 90% of the time.
I foresee them claiming I didn't answer the door to sign even tho they didn't knock.
It feels similar in a sense to the time Best Buy support told me they'd charge me a second time for a game they accidentally shipped me twice if I didn't send it back (Straight up LIES)
Just gotta wait and see what happens now.
Uncertain if I'm getting a PS5 next week.
Got a separate email from Sony that my payment info was invalid (yet failed to specify what about it was invalid) and I couldn't find anything wrong with what I'd entered, so I entered it all again.
Support claims I have nothing to worry about and the...
And I've jumped back into Project Zomboid
I hadn't played the unstable branch in forever, but went ahead with the update when I realized just how far ahead it was compared to the stable build.
Holy shit, I'm in love all over again.
Cheated a bit in terms of starting perks, but without NPCs in...
Treated myself to two new things the other day.
Noita and Landlord's Super
Noita is a bit more on the roguelike side than I'd expected. Not that it's bad, but I thought it'd be a bit kore forgiving and open in the sandbox experiment stuff
Landlord's Super is great so far. Minskworks knows how...
I cheated my way through the rest of Subnautica.
The whole end game just gets so fucking tedious and time consuming. Not about to spend hours upon hours scooting around in opposite directions of the map to collect anything else.
Hopefully Below Zero fixes that
I ended up biting the bullet and grabbed the last data box I needed for Cyclops upgrades and then made my way down into the Lost River through the less dangerous, but very narrow passage in the Grand Reef
And I forgot to prepare so I was missing just about every necessary resource. 🙃...
Back on Subnautica.
Had to start from scratch because Epic apparently doesn't do cloud saves and I never could figure out where the saves folder was on my laptop.
Nearing the endgame and I've kinda lost interest.
Keeping the Cyclops juiced up takes so much time and effort and the way upgrades...
I started Lovecraft Country and two episodes in I'm kind of disappointed with the pacing.
Especially the first episode.
Way too deep a dive into the Lovecraft mythos right off the bat.
Let that shit simmer.
I wish Sony would let me make small payments instead of one big $500 charge on release day.
I guarantee my bank flags it as suspicious because they like to do that once every 5 years for no particular reason.
