I feel you, I've spent about 50hours on it and felt that I was getting nowhere. I do still think it's a great game, one that I should get back on (maybe even restart) before the inevitable sequel comes, it's just not something I could just jump in and out of on a whim

I actually thought she would die from it. There was a fast cut to Joel's beat-up face as she was seconds away from completely drowning Abby so most likely her motivations where on her mind at that moment. Perhaps the "lose the balls" phrase weren't the words I was looking for as had it happened...

Come to think of it, Ellie actually still has no clue who Abby was (did she? There was the flashback but I don't remember Ellie learning about it). Would that change things? Maybe not so, Ellie seems more the person taken away by her emotions based on her actions the whole game compared to Abby.

I just signed up! I've been programming for 10+ years (in embedded and web development) and I've been meaning to learn game programming for a long while and I even got some materials for it (trainings and such) but never really got around to even starting it. Are people going solo or doing teams?
