Fun fact: I almost named my Freyja Dusty because they kinda look similar but decided against it. Dusty is just a bit too common as a pet name and her brother is Floki, so I wanted to keep the Viking theme going.

I remember playing Madness Returns before trying the first game. Just renting it from the local video shop.

It was pretty fun, but levels went on for just a bit too long. It was like, you had tonnes of great ideas, but it needed to cut at least 20-30% from a lot of its stages.

Still, there's very few games like it. It's such a weird, kinda fucked up thing.

Ya, Madness Returns is a fun game but the original was such a unique game for it's time. Haven't played it in a long time, wonder if it holds up. I'd love to see the Alice universe revisited. There's so much potential there with modern (and next gen hardware), especially visually.
