Yo! I’ve been kind of skulking around on Qtoid for a while, popping in the occasional hot take. I’m a former GameStop manager, so ask away if you want any hot gossip. I don’t have any connections in the industry or anything, but I can definitely provide a different viewpoint. Fun fact about me: I started a Qtoid account just to post that Sneak King is the best Xbox exclusive game. Been here ever since.
- How did you find Destructoid? - First came across it when googling info on Etrian Odyssey IV, there were some fun character class intros. What got me hooked was Experience Points by Ben Davis. Been here ever since.
- What are your favorite games? - Nintendo first party stuff, Smash is my favorite series even though I’m not the best at it. Love Monster Hunter, Persona, and a lot of jrpgs.
- What consoles have you owned? - all Nintendo home consoles since SNES, all Nintendo handhelds since GBC, PS2, PS3, PS4, all Xbox systems, I have a pretty okay PC too.
- What interests do you have outside of video games? - My degree says “music” on it but it’s been a while since I’ve played anything. Tiny apartment, can’t bother the neighbors. Just a few nakamas short of a weeaboo. Big fan of My Hero Academia and assorted other anime. I own a Fat Gum hoodie and I love it so much.
- What other communities are you a part of? - I’m pretty sure the last forums I ever got on were Nintendo official ones. I vaguely remember a heated argument about whether Samus could beat Master Chief.
